Dr. Spencer is a board certified ophthalmologist who was raised in Des Moines. After completing her pediatric ophthalmology fellowship training, she returned with her family to the Des Moines area and established Children's Eye Clinic, PC in December of 1990. Dr. Spencer is married and has 3 children and a beagle dog named Holmes.
